We had an amazing stay! This place is exactly as described and the hosts were fantastic. The place is clean and updated super comfy beds and very relaxing. Can’t wait to go back. Very good location
We loved our stay at Take the Bayt in Bay St Louis. It was a beautiful, pristine kept home. The beds were amazing and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was exceptionally clean. We loved the deck and swings! The neighbors were also very welcoming and kind. We will definitely be back to stay when in the area!
Fantastic place. Super quiet location. Well appointed and comfortable. Even for eight grown men on a golf weekend trip! Sammie's place would also be perfect for folks who wanted to bring a boat as it is located on a navigable waterway with a dock for your boat. Sammie is very responsive to your questions. Super easy arrival and departure instructions. Loved it!
Our family had a fabulous time staying at this Airbnb. The house was adorable, spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Sammie was absolutely great and very friendly. We are already discussing when we can go back. Thank you so much for a special weekend.
PERFECT, PEACEFUL WEEKEND! This place is 10/10 in every aspect. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, well appointed and decorated lovey. Sammie was proactive and so accommodating! We brought our boat and there is a very nice public launch so close. There was plenty of room to park boat trailer at the home. We love the outdoor space so much! Big bonus points on those relaxing swings! Upstairs, I can’t even express how nice and pretty and everything is! The rooms were beautiful and the beds and linens were equally nice. Sofa is plush & so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Bonus points here from actual sharp knives & just loved the round table, so inviting. We look forward to staying again.

Wow, wow, wow! This is one of our favorite houses to stay at for SO many reasons! 1. Working with the owner was a pleasure. Sammie was super helpful and made this process easy. I had a good feeling leading up to our trip that everything was going to be in order and ready for us upon arrival…and it was. 2. The house is gorgeous! Beautiful living area and the downstairs was perfect for hanging out. 3. Completely stocked! This sometimes worries me…will I have enough pots and/pans, tupperware (if any), utensils, etc? No need to bring anything…its all there, plus more (all in one ninja, coffee pot, etc). 4. All info given ahead of time or is accessible at the house. Easy instructions for arrival and departure. 5. Close to Bay St Louis (but, honestly, we didnt want to leave the house). Neighborhood is quaint and neighbors are friendly. Took a walk in the morning and enjoy the views and friendly locals. We couldn’t ask for more. This is a wonderful place to relax, read, and enjoy life. Thank you Sammie…we will be back.

I can’t say enough about the beautiful home! All of the accommodations were top of the line! The bedding was so comfortable, the kitchen had everything and more that we needed for our large group, from grilling to baking we did it all and had everything we needed to make it happen! The furnishings in the home were beautiful and comfortable! We spent most of our time swinging under the porch and visiting with a beautiful view while the kids enjoyed the canal! The owner was so accommodating and helpful making this the best long weekend getaway with my kids and grandkids! Can’t wait until next time we will be back!
